We do NOT accept exchanges for items. Many of our items sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee stock.
Returns can be made to NEW/UNWORN items from a smoke free home within 10 days of receiving an item (some exclusions). Please go to http://fatbeardesigns.returnscenter.com to start a refund. Our full refund policy can be found below. Because we almost always offer free shipping, it is YOUR responsibility to pay any return shipping fees. If we send you a pre-paid label, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
All International orders are FINAL SALE. Please note that our shipping turnaround may be up to two weeks, shipping itself may take an additional four weeks for International customers. Please size-up accordingly when purchasing items.
All items received as part of a GIVEAWAY or purchased with SHOP CREDIT/FREE GIFT CARD are FINAL SALE.
Any item included in a bundle is FINAL SALE.
Any item explicitly labeled as "FINAL SALE" due to discontinued style or otherwise purchased as a closeout is FINAL SALE.
Any item with a price ending in .44 (example $19.44) is a CLEARANCE item and is FINAL SALE.
Any item that is CUSTOMIZED or PERSONALIZED in ANY way is FINAL SALE. This includes, but not limited to: using a different style of shirt, different colors from the listing, including a name or number on an item, a special order, etc.
Any item purchased through a "SCHOOL STORE" is a FINAL SALE.
Any item purchased through a FUNDRAISER or GROUP ORDER is a FINAL SALE.
Any Item purchased during the BI-ANNUAL SALES (Spring Clearance Sale & Black Friday Sale) is FINAL SALE due to the extreme discounts offered.
Due to the handmade nature of many of the items, orders require a production lead time up to two weeks. I always aim to ship earlier, but depending on order volume and my production schedule, it may be the full two weeks. I do not operate out of a large warehouse or with a staff. I personally handcraft and fulfill 100's of orders each month on my own! I may partially fill your order if necessary to expedite holiday items. If you receive a partial order, your remaining items will be fulfilled ASAP. Thank you so much for your support, and for your patience as I hustle to get your orders shipped.
SOME ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS. THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
GAME CHANGERS EMPLOYEE STORE ITEMS (they will be hand delivered to you at work OR a shipping fee of up to $7.00 will be charged)
SCHOOL STORE ITEMS (these will be hand delivered to you at school OR a shipping fee of up to $7.00 will be charged).
Please ensure your product selection, size, and SHIPPING ADDRESS are correct when your order is placed. All orders are shipped to the address you have provided at checkout. Once your order is placed, I cannot guarantee a change to the shipping address. Orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible. Again, due to the handmade nature of many of the items, shipping may take up to two weeks. I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, or items lost or damaged in transit. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
International orders: Your order will be shipped to the address you provide, but I ship these directly from the US Post Office to ensure accuracy. Therefore, you will not receive an email updating you with a tracking number when your package is shipped. International shipments are at the mercy of customs inspections and may take up to 30 days to arrive after shipment. I cannot provide any information regarding international orders once they have been shipped and tracking information may not be available. I am not responsible for any additional customs charges and/or fees.
